Notes: The tasting room in downtown Calistoga is a store filled with gifts and their own candles from their beehives. There is a resident beehive that never fails to please visitors. Besides the tasting bar there is a shaded tasting patio next to the Napa River that is perfect for a picnic. You can taste their wines and the wines produced by partner and Calistoga native Football Coach Dick Vermeil, Super Bowl winner. Their winery is very remote and they occasionally open it to visitors by appointment. Page 207
