The Argonaut Hotel Fisherman's Wharf with a great Nautical Theme and a great location.
Best Western Tuscan Inn - Fisherman's Wharf, a little older and a tad cramped but a great location and often a better deal.
Handlery Union Square Hotel- is a medium sized hotel just steps from Union Square. They have small amount of meeting space and a great location across from the Westin St. Francis.
