About Us
Writing a bio is always a funny process because you write about yourself in the third person and you couch the information based on the audience. That's okay for the first thirty or fifty bios, but after a while you just have to be willing to tell the story the way it is.
We both (Ralph & Lahni) have been studying esoteric and health subjects since our teen years. We both started working very young, ran our own businesses for many years, and then met in the physics lab at Princeton University, at an international astrological conference that changed our lives dramatically.
We both arrived there after successfully surviving severe health crisis through natural methods and were at major turning points in our careers, that had previously been pretty heavy duty and high paying. We fell in love, formed a consulting business and lived frugally while we built our new future.
As a way to expand out consulting practice we began lecturing and quickly became very popular speakers. That led to a great deal of traveling, developing two certificate programs, one in Feng Shui and Ergonomic Design, and another for Master Herbalists, and then franchising our programs.
In the process we produced huge numbers of recordings and work books that morphed into books. At last count we've authored twenty five plus books (honestly we've lost count), hundreds of audios and thousands of articles, as well as software and several Mobile Apps.
After being based in Philadelphia for twelve years we moved our offices to San Francisco's North Bay area, specifically Napa. The natural beauty and lack of snow was a big selling point. At that time we were traveling so much for our speaking and other businesses, as we are near an airport that works fine.
However, once we got here we realized we didn't want to travel so much, so now we primarily speak in the San Francisco area and we have created seminars that help businesses, both local and visiting for conventions, to improve the effectiveness and health of their workplaces. We also conduct local seminars on natural health and esoteric subjects.
By the way, just so you don't think that we are completely about the deep and serious mysteries, we also run a small wine tour company where we spend the day driving private tours through some of the most beautiful country on the planet and introduce our client to the art of wine making. Not surprisingly, we've written eight tour books on the area and several mobile apps about wine country. Generally it's been a lot of fun.
