Say Bye Bye to Yeast and Fungus

This widespread
problem has become epidemic for a simple reason. First, the amounts
of sugar and carbohydrates people consume have increased ten fold over
the past 100 years. If you keep consuming a troublesome invaders
favorite food, dont be surprised when they show up at your door
for dinner. Yeast and fungus thrive on carbohydrates. Why has the modern
diet shifted into this dangerous territory? High profit margins! Sugar
and carbs are cheap, have a long shelf life, are simple to shape, economical
to ship and easy to overindulge. Remember the slogan, I bet you
cant eat just one! Why is snack advertising so prevalent?
Big marketing budgets and the fact that people are so busy that they
barely have time for a real meal.
The fact
that these faux foods are acidic, lacking in nutrition and help yeast
and fungus thrive is not part of the balance sheet, yet its a
major factor on the scoreboard of the battle between modern health versus
disease. Why do programs like The Atkins Diet that encourage
dramatically lower carbohydrates encounter such resistance in the advertising
dominated media? What they advocate will hurt the sales of the biggest
advertisers; snack food and pharmaceutical companies.
There are
about 400 types of flora in the body; microbes that have
a friendly, symbiotic relationship with a healthy human. Candida yeast
is one of those microbes. While flora is prevalent throughout the body,
the greatest amounts are found in the bowel where they are essential
components of the digestive and immune systems. Small amounts of Candida
exist naturally in the bowel. Together with fungus, they are like the
weeds and mushrooms in a healthy garden, small, insignificant contributors
to the whole environment. Yeast and fungus thrive around acid while
the more helpful and normally prevalent flora thrives in an alkaline
environment.
A diet
high in sugar, carbohydrates and other acidic foods, together with a
lack of usable minerals and exposure to antibiotics, creates an environment
that destroys the predominant flora and encourages the yeast and fungus.
Essentially, the garden is taken over by the weeds. The results could
be digestive problems, poor assimilation, lowered energy and a clogged
immune system resulting in headaches, sinus problems and mental fogginess.
The skin rashes, itching, irritation and discharges that occur with
yeast overgrowth are just the bodys way of quickly removing dangerously
high levels of these unhealthy weeds from sensitive areas.
Yeast dangerously
suppresses the immune system, which has the responsibility of getting
that same excess yeast out of the body. Dislodging the yeast requires
strengthening the immune system, eliminating the weeds and improving
the internal environment. Were suggesting a natural program to
do this, but understand that a long-term solution requires a diet that
doesnt overwhelm your body with sugar and carbohydrates.
The first
part of the strategy: Increase your population of good flora. Bifidophilus
Flora Force® or Probiotic Eleven tm, are both good choices.
These living organisms need to be refrigerated. Take 5-10 daily on an
empty stomach, either first thing in the morning or just before bed.
This prevents them from being destroyed by digestion with your meals.
While 3-4 months of this is a good idea, if you took flora every day
of your life, the only side effect would be good health. While you can
take flora with herbs and supplements, dont take them at the same
time as enzymes, which tend to destroy their protective capsules. The
next product to add is Yeast Fungal Detox, herbal extracts that
reduce yeast. Start slowly with 1 daily, working up gradually to 3 daily.
Expect some cleansing discomfort in the bowels and muscles as the toxic
yeast dies off and is eliminated from the system. Thats why you
do this gradually.
A powerful
program to get started is the 10-day Para-Cleanse with Paw Paw,
which cleans out the body (including the yeast and fungus) at a deep
level. If you are sensitive, stretch the programs out over double or
triple the time by reducing the amounts you take daily. A comfortable
cleanse that you actually do, is much better than an uncomfortable cleanse
that gets left unfinished on the shelf.
When youre
eliminating toxic yeast and fungus use Psyllium Seeds and Psyllium
Hulls to pull them out of the system quickly. Reference Chapter
#4 Better Out Than In, for more details. Take 6 to 9 of each with
a LARGE glass of water daily. If your bowels are sluggish use Magnesium,
for a week prior to starting the Psyllium. Reference Chapter #8 on Magnesium.
This is another product that taken daily promotes a lifetime of good
health.
Those are
the main players in the program, but besides a reduced carbohydrate
diet and patience (It may take a year to completely restore a healthy
balance of flora.), there are other products that can enhance the process.
Chromium GTF, 2-3 daily will help reduce your sugar and carbohydrate
cravings.
The digestive
enzymes in Proactazyme Plus, 2-3 with each meal increases the
assimilation of nutrition and the elimination of toxins. Super GLA
Oil Blend, 4-6 daily provides essential fatty acids to feed and
lubricate all of the systems helping the process to be more comfortable.
